Female Performance Program
The J.E.T. Female Performance Program Offers Cutting Edge High Performance Training to any female athlete looking to take their game to the next level. The number of sports related injuries due to overuse and the inability to absorb force properly has increased over the years for many reasons, but at J.E.T. we will ensure our athletes decrease their chances of injuries. The program is designed to develop Elite Speed and Strength with an emphasis on form and technique to help all female athletes gain a competitive advantage on their competition in Any Sport!
J.E.T. programs are designed to foster a fun and positive experience that builds confidence while testing the athletes limits to help them get faster, stronger, and better each session. The trainer will ensure each athlete demonstrates proper form, which will lead to mastering proper form and technique to help stay injury free! Lastly athletes will learn how to sustain their bodies for long term development and success!
Winter/Spring Class Availability:
This program is offered Fridays @530pm-6:30pm and Saturdays at 1pm-2pm
Start Date: Saturday March 17, 2018 @ 1pm @ Pure Performance Training Studio.
Sundays @ 2pm-3pm. Please inquire about other days and times with Coach Jackson.
Start Date: Sunday August 5, 2018 @ 2pm @ Pure Performance Training Studio.
Monday- Saturday @ 1pm and Sundays @ 2pm-3pm.
Start Date: Monday June 18, 2018 @ 1pm @ Pure Performance Training Studio.
Monthly Packages (4 sessions) $80
Membership: $160/month for up to 8 sessions per month
Female Performance Program will improve the following:
- Speed/endurance/ agility
- Body weight Strength
- Running Technique
- Jump Mechanics
- Injury Prevention
Training Program Includes:
- 1-2 Training Sessions per week
- 1 on 1 Parent Consultation
- Nutrition Guidance
