JET Performance football specific training program is designed to help athletes develop for the next level. JET Performance will use a variety of drills derived from the FootDoctor Sports that top professionals use to prepare for their upcoming season. High school football players can prepare for collegiate level athletics, while middle school athletes can prepare to dominate high school. This program will focus on improving speed, agility, power, acceleration, footwork, and reactivity— which are all areas that will lead to athletes dominating their competition.
We understand many athletes do their strength training with their school, which is why we focus on speed and agility training. However strength training can be done in order to get everything tackled in one place.
Learning optimal running mechanics, how to perform the combine-specific drills, and to outperform in camps by getting reps to practice drills. If you want to be in the game making a difference for your team and have even more fun then JET Performance is for YOU!
