JET Performance youth soccer specific training program is available to soccer players that compete in travel and school soccer. Youth soccer is very demanding and athletes that participate in multiple travel leagues can put a lot of mileage on their legs. If the athlete lacks lower body strength they will increase their susceptibility to injury due to lack of strength, mobility, and flexibility.
This program will focus on improving functional upper, lower, and core strength using resistance bands and body weight. We will also focus on improving body awareness, balance, mobility, and flexibility to create injury-resistant athletes. If you are a youth soccer athlete that wants to elevate your game and stay healthy this is the program for you!
