The J.E.T. Total Performance class is designed for athletes of all ages that would like to improve their strength, speed, and to help decrease injuries. This class will consist of using body weight and resistance bands to improve functional upper and lower body strength that are important for all athletes. Class will also include basic speed and agility drills to help improve linear and multidirectional speed and conditioning.
Athletes can expect to improve the following from the JET Total Performance Program
- Speed/endurance/ agility
- Total Body Strength
- Injury Prevention
1 Month 1 Day a Week: $100/month
1 Month 2 Days a Week: $200/month
Available Saturday at 10am and 11:30am or Sunday at 11am and 12:30pm
Sessions typically last 1.5 hours.
