Monthly Programs (College & Professional)

3 month 2 days a Week $200/ month

3 Month Unlimited $250/ month

6 Month 2 Days a Week $160/month

6 Month Unlimited $200/month

Youth Performance Program (Ages 8-18)

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $80/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $160/month

1 Month 3 Days a Week: $200/month

10-Sessions: $250

Youth Performance Program runs

Monday-Friday at 4:30pm and Tues/Thurs at 3:30pm or 6:30pm

Athletes will select 2 or 3 of the days each week to train.

The program is month to month with no commitment.

Strength Training Available Tues/Thurs at 7:30pm and Friday at 6:30pm

Sessions typically last one hour.

JET Total Performance (Speed and Strength Combined)

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $100/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $200/month

Available Saturday at 10am and 11:30am or Sunday at 11am and 12:30pm

Sessions typically last 1.5 hours.

Sport Specific Strength Training

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $80/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $160/month

1 Month 3 Days a Week: $200/month

*Strength Training is free for any JET youth performance membership athlete*

Strength Training Available Tues/Thurs at 7:30pm and Friday at 6:30pm

Sessions typically last one Hour.

Sessions also available by Appointment.

Female Program

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $80/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $160/month

Available Friday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 1pm
