Monthly Programs (College & Professional)

3 month 2 days a Week $200/ month

6 Month 2 Days a Week $160/month

Youth Performance Program (Ages 8-18)

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $100/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $160/month

1 Month 3 Days a Week: $200/month

10-Sessions: $250

Youth Performance Program runs

Monday-Friday at various times starting at 4:15pm

Speed/Agility: (All Ages) Mon/Fri @4:15/5:15pm or Tues/Thurs @ 4:15/5:15pm

Youth Speed Camps Ages 7-12: Mon @ 7pm or Sat/Sun @ 11am

Youth Strength Training (All Ages): Wed @ 4:15pm

Athletes will select 2 or 3 of the days each week to train.

The program is month to month with no commitment.

Sessions typically last one hour.

JET Total Performance (Speed and Strength For In-Season Athletes)

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $125/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $250/month

Available Saturday at 1pm or T/Th @ 7pm

Sessions typically last 1.5 hours.

Sport Specific Strength Training

1 Month 1 Day a Week: $100/month

1 Month 2 Days a Week: $160/month

1 Month 3 Days a Week: $200/month

Sessions typically last one Hour.

Sessions also available by Appointment.
